Rachelle is a research associate who joined the Respiratory Epidemiology team in May 2025.

She completed her PhD in 2025 at McGill University under the supervision of Dr. Dennis Jensen in the Clinical Exercise and Respiratory Physiology Laboratory. Her thesis focused on the mechanisms, measurement, and management of exertional breathlessness in chronic lung disease, with an emphasis on novel non-pharmacological interventions used during rehabilitative exercise training.

Her overarching research interests lie in improving the management of chronic lung diseases and improving respiratory health outcomes using standardized physiological measures to guide clinical decision-making.

In her free time, she likes to play soccer, read books, and hang out with friends.
