Dr. Sanja Stanojevic
Dr. Sanja Stanojevic is an Associate Professor in the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at Dalhousie University where she is a Killam Memorial Chair. She is a respiratory epidemiologist with expertise in methodologies to characterize the normal growth and development of the lungs. She is the Director of the European Respiratory Society Clinical Research Collaboration program and past Chair of the American Thoracic Society Pulmonary Function committee and Global Lung Function Initiative.
Sanja completed her undergraduate at the University of Western Ontario in Biology, followed by a MSc in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in Applied Statistics at University College London.
When she's not studying the lungs, Sanja enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. You can often find Sanja behind the camera taking photos.
